Yes, digital frames and print compositions are independent, so you can offer unframed individual photos through the QR code while keeping the framed print layout. Leave the artwork in Print composition image unchanged and follow these steps on the website.
- Open Events → select your event → Customize → Capture.
- Under Digital delivery frame, keep Generate a digital version of each pose enabled and turn off Apply frame to online delivery image.
- Click Update customization.
- Open Delivery Page and enable Show original photo on the digital delivery page; also enable the photo with effect if you want individual AI versions. If your format generates a composition, you can keep Show composite photo on the digital delivery page enabled to offer the framed print montage alongside the individual photos.
- Click Update delivery.
- Take a new test capture and scan its QR code to check the available versions; these changes do not retroactively remove frames from photos already generated.
